Our house is located at the centre of the most beautiful bay of the world, just 10m far from the seaside. The view is fantastic and the environment is plenty of flowers and plants. The beach is well maintained, half concrete, half sandy. Entrance to the water is gradual and sandy.

Distance from the Tivat airport is 15 km, from Cilipi airport 35 km. The ancient city of Perast is just 5 km far, while to Kotor it takes 20 km. Kotor is the true pearl of the World heritage, it is protected under UNESCO, as a peculiarity one can mark the church of St. Tripun originating from the 10^th century
